Schemes of Treatment for Some Diseases
Below you can find several base schemes of medical treatment, which showed themselves effective with the use of KES-01-"MIDA".
The algorithm of stimulation is individual for each patient and is based upon general principals of acupuncture (electro-acupuncture). In the process of medical treatment (from session to session) the operator may change stimulated APs, as well as parameters of stimulating current.
Bronchial Asthma Therapy
(AURICULAR SCHEME)
- The scheme proved to be effective for 70 — 80% of treated patients.
- Application results: paroxysm periods duration and frequency have been decreased, base medications doses have been lowered.
- Repetition factor of scheme application (number of sessions): initial course — 5; second course — 7 (after 1 month); final course — 5 (1 month after the second course), further — 3 sessions once per 3 months.
- Frequency of sessions: Daily or every other day.
- Number of scheme repetition cycles within a session: 5-day scheme — 3-5-7-5-3; 7-day scheme — 3-5-7-7-7-5-3; 3-day scheme — 7-7-7.
- Efficiency control : Daily peak-flow measurement, base medications consumption control.

Gastric and Duodenal Ulcer Therapy
(AURICULAR SCHEME)
- The scheme proved to be effective for 70 — 80% of treated patients.
- Application results: the process of ulcer cicatrization has been accelerated, exacerbations frequency decreased, dyspeptic and algetic syndromes became less acute.
- Repetition factor of scheme application (number of sessions): initial course — 5; second course — 7 (after 1 month); final course — 5 (1 month after the second course), further — 3 sessions once per 3 months.
- Frequency of sessions: daily or every other day.
- Number of scheme repetition cycles within a session: 5-day scheme — 3-5-7-5-3; 7-day scheme — 3-5-7-7-7-5-3; 3-day scheme — 7-7-7.
- Efficiency control: Conducting scheduled fibro-gastro-duodenoscopial examinations, comparing the results with ones obtained before the beginning of the therapy.

(AURICULAR SCHEME)
- The scheme proved to be effective for 80 — 90% of treated patients.
- Application results:arterial pressure controllability has been improved, base hypotensive medications doses have been reduced.
- Repetition factor of scheme application(number of sessions): initial course — 5; second course — 7 (after 1 month ); final course — 5 (1 month after the second course), further — 3 sessions once per 3 months.
- Frequency of sessions: daily or every other day.

Nephritic Colic Therapy
(AURICULAR SCHEME)
- The scheme proved to be effective for 70 — 80% of patients.
- Application results: corresponding algetic syndrome became less acute (completely eliminated in some cases).
- Scheme application repetition factor(number of sessions): 1-2-3 (2nd and 3d sessions are prophylactic and to be conducted if pain has been effectively taken away in the process of 1st session.
- Frequency of sessions: Daily.
- Number of scheme repetition cycles within a session: 1st session — from 5 to 30 (depending on clinical effect); 2nd-3rd — 5-7.
- Efficiency control: depending on clinical state of patient.

Therapy of Sternovertebral Osteochondrosis with Algetic (Radicular) Syndrome
(AURICULAR SCHEME)
- The scheme proved to be effective for 70-80% of treated patients.
- Application results: the corresponding algetic syndrome has been decreased (completely eliminated in some cases).
- Scheme application repetition factor(number of sessions): 3 — 10.
- Frequency of sessions: Daily or every other day.
- Number of scheme repetition cycles within a session: 1st session — from 5 to 10 (depending on clinical effect), further — 1-2 sessions with the same number of cycles, subsequently — decrementing by 1-3 cycles per session.
- Efficiency control: judging by clinical state of patient.
