Industrial group "Microelectronic sensors" (IG MIDA) since 1991 develops and produces microelectronic pressure transmitters, pressure transducers, DC power supplies and safety barriers, digital indicators, surge voltage protection devices, additional devices, medical equipment. here. MIDA transmitters and transducers development is based on proprietary domestic investigations of tensoresistive effect in heteroepitaxial semi-conductor structures "Silicon-on-Sapphire" (SOS). The main technical concepts derived from these investigations have been patented in Russia, USA, France, Germany.

IG MIDA has got continuous production technological cycle of pressure sensors and other devices. We practically don't depend on the foreign suppliers, all basic components produce themselves, - carrying out strict control at every stage of production that allows us to be proud of the quality of our products. Our quality system complies with ISO 9001-2001.
Accuracy of our pressure transmitters and transducers is 0,05-0,5 %, and we go to a new boundary - 0,02 %. The range of measured pressure from 4 kPa to 160 MPa, and the temperature measurement of liquid, gaseous media and melts can vary from -100 to + 500 oC. Every model has its modification for hazardous processes. Devices have all necessary certificates, permissions and licenses. The advantage of our sensors are small size, and they - one of the most compact on the Russian market.
We create our goods, being guided by requirements of our customers. Devices IG MIDA with success are used in systems of commercial accounting of power resources. We actively cooperate with the enterprises of small and average business, but we are proud also of that our customers are Gazprom, Rosneft, Tatneft, the Smolensk and Kursk atomic power station and others.
